At Retro Computer Dungeon, we aim to get your vintage treasures to you safely and swiftly. Please review our shipping policy below for details on delivery times, costs, and procedures.

1. Shipping Destinations

Currently, all orders placed directly on the Retro Computer Dungeon website are for UK shipping only. For international orders, please visit our official eBay page where global shipping options are available.

2. Order Processing Time

We strive to process and ship all orders within 2 working days of receiving your order confirmation. Please note that "working days" exclude weekends and public holidays.

3. Shipping Methods & Costs

We use Royal Mail for all shipments. Your shipping cost and estimated delivery time will depend on the item(s) purchased:

• Restored Vintage Computers: All restored computers include free Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1 pm shipping. This service offers next working day delivery from the date of dispatch and includes full tracking and insurance.

• Recapping Service Returns: For items returned after our recapping service, you'll have two shipping options at checkout, varying based on the level of insurance cover you prefer.

• Other Items:

  • £1.80 Rate: For smaller, lighter items, shipping is a flat £1.80. Estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days from dispatch.

  • £3.65 Rate: For medium-sized items, shipping is a flat £3.65. Estimated delivery time is 2-3 working days from dispatch.

Your exact shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

• £1.80 Rate Items: 3-5 working days

• £3.65 Rate Items: 2-3 working days

• Free Special Delivery (Restored Computers): Next working day

Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and actual delivery may vary due to unforeseen circumstances with Royal Mail.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery directly on Royal Mail's website.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at retrocomputerdungeon@gmail.com. We will conduct a thorough investigation with Royal Mail. If the item is confirmed lost or irreparably damaged, we will arrange a refund or replacement as necessary, in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.
